Kaylyn Lyle

Contested Wills & Estates Paralegal

Bio

Kaylyn first started in the legal industry 9 years ago assisting primarily in conveyancing and property law. She then moved on and gained experience in commercial litigation before working as a Paralegal for an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates solely in contested Wills and probate matters in various jurisdictions including New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland for a period of 4 years.

In 2015, Kaylyn joined Turnbull Hill Lawyers working in our Contested Wills & Estates Team, alongside Warwick Gilbertson (Partner and Accredited Specialist in Family Law) Adrian Corbould (Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law), Mary Windeyer and Amy Warden.

With Kaylyn's knowledge of this specialised area of law, she is able to address many of our client's queries relating to the litigation process. Kaylyn not only understands that our clients are grieving, having just lost a loved one, but appreciates how worried our clients are about the overall litigation experience. With this in mind, she aims to provide a personalised service to each of our clients, to ensure their experience is as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work Kaylyn enjoys spending time with her husband and son, photography, fishing and bushwalking.

If you would like to schedule a free appraisal with one of our Contested Wills & Estates lawyers, give Kaylyn a call today on 1800 707 222.
