About Jessica
Jessica grew up in Victoria and joined their Royal Australian Air Force in 2009 where she served in various locations until 2017.
Since leaving the RAAF Jessica has been studying Law at the University of Newcastle and attained a Bachelor of Criminology (Distinction) in 2022.
In 2022, Jessica commenced working at Turnbull Hill Lawyers as a paralegal.
Jessica is entering her final year of study in Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Diploma of Legal Practice in 2025.
Jessica’s approach
Jessica has extensive experience drafting statements and affidavits for court proceedings, understanding how overwhelming the process can be for clients. She adopts a systematic, patient, and empathetic approach to help clients effectively present their claims.
What Jessica does
- Jessica primarily assists clients with drafting their affidavits for Family Provision claims in the Supreme Court Equity Division.
- Jessica assists in drafting court documents, briefs to counsel, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required.
Who Jessica works with
Jessica supports the Contested Estates Team, supporting the solicitors, Adrian Corbould, Ella Stratford, Nicholas Rose, Karina Hanson and Mary Windeyer.
Outside of Turnbull Hill Lawyers
- Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
- Jessica enjoys running and reading books in her spare time.
