She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2022 and to the High Court of Australia in March 2022.
Sally understands that the legal process can be, at times, difficult, stressful, and confusing. Sally prides herself in ensuring that she supports her clients with a considerate and meticulous approach to ensure the best possible outcome.
Since her admission, Sally has primarily practised in the areas of criminal law and family law, with a great interest in parenting matters. Sally has also worked on several wills and estates and employment law matters. Due to the common intertwined nature between family law and criminal law matters, Sally practices in both areas to provide her clients with holistic support for their legal matters.
Sally supports her clients throughout the entirety of a matter, from the initial enquiry, to finalisation. Sally is a strong advocate for her clients and regularly appears in the Local Court, District Court, Children’s Court, both divisions of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, mediations, and dispute resolution conferences.
